These policies exist to ensure a positive working relationship. They are universal and apply to everyone. By moving forward with your appointment, you agree to have read and understand the following information. If at any point, it seems clear that this is not understood, I reserve the right to cease our working relationship and all fees paid will be forfeited.
Booking Fee: I require a $100 Booking Fee upon scheduling an appointment. Less than 48 hours cancellation notice forfeits booking fee.
Cancellation Policy: Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice from their scheduled booking time will forfeit their booking fee. In order to reschedule I will require a new booking fee of $50.
Late Policy: A client more than 15 minutes late will likely need to reschedule and thus lose their booking fee. Missed Touchup Appointment Missed appointments, canceled or changed within 48 hours – result in a $50 booking fee.
NO MINORS OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Your child cannot be present while we tattoo. Please note – VA State Law states no one under the age of 18 is permitted inside cosmetic tattoo salons, so please do not bring children to your appointment. Additional guests are distracting and take away from my ability to deliver the best results possible. Service Animals are the only animals allowed inside the studio.
Results :
Each individual is different and healed results will vary. Lifestyle and adherence to proper aftercare will greatly impact the outcome, and even then results can not be guaranteed. A minimum of two sessions is strongly recommended and is the standard amount in order to achieve desired results. In some cases additional touch ups may be required. These procedures are not intended to replace the use of makeup products but to enhance individual features. All risks and uncertainty of the processes involved in cosmetic tattooing is agreed upon and understood by the client before booking an appointment. As a general rule, the tattooed area will heal around roughly 40% lighter in color, tone and vibrancy compared to immediately after as we are ultimately seeing the pigment through a layer of skin. At the time of your appointment, if it is clear that this concept is not understood by the client and there is hesitation, uncertainty, or a sense that this is an impulsive decision, I reserve the right to refuse this service and the deposit will be forfeit.
Cover Ups
If you have previous work done by a different artist, you MUST send me a photo via email for pre-approval before booking. Although the tattoo may appear light to you and easily workable, there are many other factors that are taken into consideration when deciding whether you are a good candidate. In some cases removal/lightening sessions may be the best course of action. Should you move forward with booking without receiving consent from me, and it is deemed at the time of your appointment I am unable to work with your existing tattoo, your booking fee/deposit will be forfeit and you agree to pay 50% of your remaining balance using the card associated with your appointment for that session to compensate for loss of time and income by not reaching out beforehand. To avoid any unnecessary charges, please reach out to be BEFORE booking for approval and/or advice on our best step forward. **policies and prices are subject to change at any time at the artist’s discretion**

After the 24 hours have passed, you can resume normal daily activities / product use. A Lash Lift is a lifting and darkening of your own lashes. There is no maintenance required for 6-8 weeks. They offer a very natural and beautiful look. Lash lifts are NOT recommended for clients with: • Chronic Dry eyes • Conjunctivitis • Trichotillomania • Glaucoma (consult your physician) • Lasik Surgery (at least 4 months post op) • Blepharoplasty Surgery (1 year post op) • Damaged or sparse lashes (if you have visible gaps within your lash line, a lift will potentially make them more noticeable) • Chemo Patients (1 year after last treatment) When in doubt, please consult your physician.
FAQS
Will this damage my natural lashes?
No. When performed properly, a lash lift/tint should never damage the natural lashes. Careful consideration is taken during the service to ensure the product is not coating the tips of the lashes and is only left on the lashes for the recommended time to avoid over processing.
Is it painful?
No, there should be no discomfort associated with the service. If at any point you feel discomfort, notify your lash specialist immediately.
How long will the effect last?
The lift can last anywhere from 6-8 weeks, depending on how rapid your hair growth cycle is. We lose between 1-5 natural lashes per day (on each eye) As your lifted natural lashes shed, a new lash will grow in its place that will be in its natural state (in most cases, straight). In order to maintain your lift, it is important to schedule an appointment every 5-7 weeks.
